New samples are baked by hand under realistic conditions and assessed through sensory testing.

If the results are convincing, they are presented to the customer – either for refinement or to move on to the next steps.

From the initial sampling phase, our developers pay close attention not only to taste but also to feasibility and machine compatibility.

Once the recipe is finalised, it is tested and refined on industrial production lines.
The cakes then undergo rigorous storage tests and quality checks to ensure perfect performance in large-scale production and excellent sensory quality throughout their shelf life.
