International Featured Standard Food (IFS)
Certified at Higher Level since 2005!
To meet the highest quality demands, we undergo regular, rigorous audits by independent bodies that assess our hygiene, ethical and ecological standards. Since 2005, we have been certified at the higher level by the most important food industry auditor: IFS (International Featured Standard Food).
Since then, achieving top results in the annual IFS certification of our entire operation has become a matter of course for us.
Fairtrade
Cocoa from Fair Trade Sources
Jomo is a licensed Fairtrade partner and sources cocoa – a key ingredient in many of our cakes – exclusively under Fairtrade conditions. Fairtrade cocoa is purchased at stable minimum prices and with Fairtrade premiums that help fund social projects in the regions where it is grown. By choosing Fairtrade-labelled products, you support the continued growth of ecological, economic, and social Fairtrade standards.
V-Label
Certified Vegan Treats
The V-Label is a trusted symbol for vegetarian and vegan products, helping consumers quickly identify plant-based options. In Austria, it is awarded by the VGÖ (Vegan Society of Austria).
Demand for vegan products continues to grow. More and more people are opting for a plant-based diet –
whether for health, ethical or environmental reasons. That’s why we also offer delicious vegan options. It’s important to us that our vegan cakes match their traditional counterparts in both taste and texture.
This reinforces our position as a competent, reliable and forward-thinking cake bakery.

The DLG is one of the most renowned organisations in the German food industry and a leading independent institution for the qualified assessment of food products. We are proud of the many awards our products have received.
The “Award for Long-standing Product Quality” by the DLG (German Agricultural Society) is a strong confirmation of our commitment to lasting quality, consistent product safety, and careful production. Only companies that voluntarily submit their products for annual quality testing and consistently meet high standards are eligible for this prestigious award.
RSPO
Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil
Palm oil is a key ingredient in some of our products due to its processing and sensory properties. We only use RSPO-certified palm oil, grown in accordance with social and environmental standards.
Cibus Trace
Certified Origin and Rearing Conditions of Eggs
cibus.trace guarantees the origin and rearing conditions of eggs used in processed products. This standard brings a high level of transparency and traceability to the food supply chain.
Participating companies commit to meeting clearly defined requirements throughout the entire supply chain – exceeding legal regulations. The certification confirms that full traceability of egg origin from producer to consumer is ensured and monitored by regular, accredited third-party audits.
